Golden Gate ASHI, a chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors, is a group of some of the most experienced inspectors in the San Francisco Bay Area, and will provide you fantastic educational and networking opportunities!

Brian Cogley, Chapter President, will provide a PowerPoint presentation of report writing analysis associated with home inspection deficiencies.

We suggest arriving early to ensure the best selection. Please keep in mind that dinner is NOT endless or all-you-can-eat. WE RESERVE DINNER IN ADVANCE. Registrations received after 10/8/2017 will NOT include dinner. We also cannot accept cancellations or postponements after 10/8/2017.
Chapter Business Meeting — 7:00 to 7:45 pm
Chapter president, Brian Cogley, presides as chapter members discuss Chapter news as well as local and national home inspection matters. This meeting is open to all (including non-members) and guests are welcome with questions, or to simply learn more about the home inspection profession.
Educational Presentation — 7:45 to 9:00 pm
“Heat Pumps & Home Performance: How a Refrigerator Saved the World”
Bachi Brunato is the co-founder/Building Science Specialist and Lead Contractor for Ultimate Home Performance, a company focused on all electric, net-zero conversions. He will be discussing line sets, compressors and phase changes, and will explore options for providing comfort and efficiency with an alternative to combustion-based heating.
Attendees earn one ASHI CE.

- $45 with registration by 10/8/2017
- $55 with registration after 10/8/2017, same-day registration, or ‘at the door’
- Registrations after 10/8/2017 or “at the door” DO NOT INCLUDE DINNER
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other dates as we pay for dinner in advance. If you register and fail to cancel by 10/8/17, you will be charged as the chapter will be charged for your meal.
