Lead & Asbestos Regulations, with Scott & Ryan Compton

Every day, home inspectors run into hazardous materials such as lead paint and asbestos. In order to properly report, and inform our clients, we need to know the hazards and what regulations may apply to the subject property. When is an abatement contractor required? When does the “RRP Rule” apply? What other materials should we report on?

Hazardous Materials Assessment, headquartered in Hayward, California, was founded in 1986 and has provided consulting services in the area of Environmental Health to a broad range of clientele since 1986. HMA is one of the most respected Environmental Health consulting firms in the western United States, specializing in Asbestos related issues.

Attendees earn one ASHI CE.
